I don’t want to go into all the messy background info, so let’s just say that I’m biologically female, about 5′ 4, and slender to average. I’m finally getting out of my parent’s house this fall for college, so now I can buy mens underwear (something I’ve wanted for a long time).

So from from either a female’s point of view, or men who have had the experience of trying to buy mens underwear for a more feminine figure, what are the best brands and styles to suit a female body type? I was thinking boxer briefs or trunks since I’m on the shorter side.

I work and do other things so I was thinking that if I go running for two miles a day and hit the heavy bag for a hour with a sauna suit on and eat right I can lose the weight. I know sauna suit lose water weight and you get that back when you rehydrate but it can help with my goal.

Also I found this medicine ball workout on mens health that looks good. Is this a good plan?

Everybody I know including my husband, familly and friends dress a certain way in the office but once they get home, they change their clothes and wear “house clothes” not to say comfotable clothes bcs I think that even with the clothes we wear during the day we should be comfortable. More infos: I can cook without geting myself dirty or messing my clothes. and some people might answer that they just want to put decontracted clothes, does it mens that you don’t feel ok inside the that you wear during the day??? so, why do you wear it during the day if you don’t feel comfortable in it for all day? bcs we pass more the day at work then at home.
Me I just feel good inside any clothes, in jeans, suit or dress or t-shirt. Unless I have to change to wear an appropriate way to the place I need to go but not to stay at home. What I wear after my shower in the morning, that’s what I keep until I have to go to sleep and just change for it. I don’t like changing clothes many times a day just to stay at home, I’m not a model.
like today i wore black slacks a red sweater black pantyhoes and black heels to work and when i got home at 430 i cooked and cleaned up and then watched some tv in the same clothes and shoes i had on for work i did not change till about 830 when i took a shower and put my pjs on

like two days ago, i saw him inthe hallway, and he looked right at me! it was terrifying, it was after school and i had just left the mens’ room while he was going the opposite direction. unfortunatly noone was there, to see it. but today, i noticed he wore really cool clothes, that suited him. i felt horrible that i found somthing about him i liked. what do i do? i still can’t get over it. how am i supposed to grow into a man, if i know he is one too. he is the average man. tall, not skinny or fat. i look andsee how much bigger he is compared to the shorter freshman girls, and the contrast scares me.

i just need someone to tell me if this is normal or not. or tell me of how they got over their trama. ever once and a while i’ll breakdown crying before i go tobed. i’m afraid i’llcreate another dream like this one. a comforting hug please…
