Need help with accessorizing a suit?

warm_glossy_girl asked:

It’s my graduation soon & I’ve bought a black ladies suit & a mettalic grey shirt to go with it.I’m thinking of pairing it up with silver heels & silver jewellery, but I want to add a little more spunk to the whole outfit. To stand out a bit in the crowd of black suits.lol.

What should i add more to this outfit which is simple & formal yet turns a few heads?

Thanks in advance everyone!

p.s. I’m playing in the band too & the rest of the band members are all guys.so something spunky would indeed be appropriate :)

ever try to match black with gold? you should try using gold bangels…after all, gold and black is an elegant mix. Long dazzling earing should also be worn and silver heels (like what you had mention) will look superb, as well as red heels and gold plaited heels. Another thing to make you look splendid is of course, an appropriate blend of make-up and hair. make sure not to cut your hair at the same day of your graduation as it wont fall nicely, try cutting your hair one week ahead. All the best luck for your graduation and band!

Without actually seeing the outfit, it’s hard to be exact, but possibly a scarf, dangly earrings, something to put in your hair, or a dramatic pin for your suit.

how about a black tie, fully loosened (knot being about chest level). too bad you didn’t buy white dress pants with a black dress shirt (that would sure stand out)
