I can’t tell you that accurately with out a pic. But from the given information, you can have light chestnut hair with dark blonde highlights. Or dark red hair with some dark brown highlights. Or you can just be a dirty blonde. You really don’t want to have pale hair and pale face, that’s too pale. You need something darker. Good luck!

okay we have the same exact coloring! my hairdresser hooked me up! go with golden blond. it looks natural and warms my complexion up.
