   I can’t tell you that accurately with out a pic. But from the given information, you can have light chestnut hair with dark blonde highlights. Or dark red hair with some dark brown highlights. Or you can just be a dirty blonde. You really don’t want to have pale hair and pale face, that’s too pale. You need something darker. Good luck!

    alot of things would suit you..
    platinum blonde
    strawberry blonde
    anything bright red to auburn (i love blue eyed red heads)
